Order and Delivery Timeline

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER 

You can track your order by logging into your account on Ungoor Website. Once logged in, click on “My Orders” tab. It will give list of latest 10 order numbers next to it. Under each order number, you can find a clickable option saying “Track Order”. A simple click on “Track Order” link will give you a detailed tracking page to your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME? 

We at UNGOOR try to make sure that all our orders are delivered on time. None the less, if we miss, you can call our Customer Care Representative or write to us at unleash@ungoor.com

HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED FASTER? 

We currently do not offer any such service through which we could expedite your order. Once we do, you’ll be the first one to know.

CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED? 

Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order before we have packed and processed it by calling us on our Customer Care or by mailing us at UNLEASH@ungoor.com and we will make sure we are able to help you in any way possible.

CANCELLATIONS

  1. WHAT IS THE UNGOOR CANCELLATION POLICY? 

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on Website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

  1. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER SHIPPING? 

It becomes very difficult for us to cancel an order once we have already shipped it which is why we request you to apply for cancellation of an order as early as possible.

  1. I JUST CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? 

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming credit points then, refund will be initiated into credit points only within 24 working hours of your order cancellation.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

  1. WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION? 

We sincerely apologize in case of such an incident. You can return any such product purchased from UNGOOR within 7 days of the date of receipt.

Where do I send my returns

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pickup service. In that case, you just have to raise a return request from your account.

Self Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs (max INR 150) in form of store credits in your account provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.   1. I KNOW IT’S BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS SINCE I BOUGHT THIS ITEM. BUT IT’S DEFECTIVE AND I WANT TO RETURN IT. CAN I? 

You can only return your product 7 days from the delivery date.

  1. I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE, WHEN WILL I GET IT? 

Once we get the confirmation of pickup of product from your address from our logistics partner, we will initiate the dispatch of the replacement product from our end.

In case of self shipment of return, once you share the courier slip with us, we will initiate the dispatch of your exchange product. The entire process will take around 6-9 working days. We will also send an email & sms notification on your registered mail & phone number to keep you posted.

  1. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS FOR MY RETURNED ORDER? 

You can check the status of your return on order from the track shipment option on the website. We would also be sending you notifications via email and sms on your registered mobile number to keep you updated.

  1. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING FOR AN UNSUCCESSFUL ORDER?

In case of an unsuccessful order and money being deducted from your credit card or debit card, please inform us via telephone on +91 9911777333 or email us at contact@contact.com. If you wish to continue with the order, we will take the necessary steps to ensure a successful order. We can also help you in case you would like to cancel the order.

  1. IS MY STORE CREDIT AMOUNT REFUNDABLE?

The voucher amount is not refundable.

In case of a return, the credit points used in that order will be refunded back to your account. The credit points will not be transferable into bank. The discount coupon once used will only be re-issued in case the order has been cancelled/not fulfilled by UNGOOR

In order to use your credit points, at the checkout page you can see an option at the bottom of the screen to redeem your points.

WHAT IS A DISCOUNT COUPON?

A Discount coupon is our way of saying Thank you for trusting us your go to online store. These are issued occasionally to all your lovely consumers out there in order to make sure that your experience with UNGOOR is exciting and unforgettable no matter what. It is a simple code that you can apply to get discounts on all your purchases by adding it in the add voucher option on the check out page.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR APPLICATION OF DISCOUNT COUPONS/

The minimum Discount Value varies for every different Voucher. To check the Minimum Order Value, please read the email or the voucher card that you received or read the terms and conditions mentioned with the particular discount coupon.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I PURCHASE WITH THE DISCOUNT COUPON?

We are happy to offer you discount coupons which can be used across full priced products on the website. However, at times we issue special vouchers applicable on one or more special categories only. Your voucher code will come with all the relevant instructions.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT COUPON MORE THAN ONCE?

Generally, discount coupons can be used only once but then special coupons issued can be used more than once. Your coupon email would have the details of how to use the voucher or the terms & conditions attached with the discount coupon.

So rest assured, it is completely safe to use your Bank Debit/Credit Card on our website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD HAS BEEN COMPROMISED WHILE MAKING A PAYMENT ONLINE?

Please contact your bank in that case. We don’t store credit card information or use it for any other purposes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

At UNGOOR, hundreds of talented designers and our in house design tea, are working day in day out to churn out the most trendy designs which are according to the ever changing consumer demands and the trends around the world. There is a high chance that a design once out of stock would not be added again but there can be some products which might be restocked depending on the consumer feedback and reviews. We recommend you to stay updated with the website and subscribe to the notify me option on a product page which would send you a notification once and if that product is back in stock.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY COD ORDER?

You can pay for Cash on Delivery orders by cash or by Credit/Debit card IF the delivery person is carrying ‘card swipe POS machine’.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CASH ON DELIVERY PURCHASES?

We charge a fee of INR100 in case your order value is <700 & a fee of INR 60 in case your order value is from INR700 to 1000. This charge is reduced to INR 60 only if your order value is < 700 in case of prepaid & credit points.

IS THERE A PURCHASE LIMIT FOR CASH ON DELIVERY PURCHASE?

Yes, Cash on Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 5000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Net banking or Credit card.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

There are many benefits of making your payment online- convenience, safety and security. While making a payment online, you will be provided with an authorization code in confirmation, if your payment has been successful. In case, your payment is declined, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the details of your name, account details, billing address and password. Make sure that your internet connection is not disrupted, during the process.

If your account has been debited after you receive the notification of a payment failure, the normal process is that the payment is credited back to your account within 7 business days. For further clarification, you can shoot us a mail on contact@ungoor.com or give us a call, with your order number.

I SEE DEBIT TRANSACTIONS IN MY BANK STATEMENT FROM UNGOOR BUT I HAVE NEVER SHOPPED WITH UNGOOR. WHAT DO I DO?

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on UNGOOR.com, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf.

However, if you are still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please provide the following details so that we can identify the transaction quickly:

First 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card number.

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED VAT/TAX ON MY ORDER?

Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax under the Indian taxation system that is collected from customer, and paid to the state government.

The VAT/TAX amount, if applicable, can be viewed on the cart/checkout page

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES (OCTROI OR SALES TAX) WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE ON UNGOOR?

No, there are no hidden charges at all. All charges are included in the prices shared on the category pages. In some invoices we break down the price but the overall charge remains the same.

GIFTING

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING FACILITIES?

Yes, you can choose to gift wrap an order by checking the gift wrap check box on the check out page. We’d love to be your partner in crime to make your loved ones happy.

I WANT TO GIFT SOMETHING TO MY FRIEND, BUT I DO NOT WANT YOU TO SEND THE BILL TO HER. CAN YOU HELP ME ON THAT?

No, we can’t make any transaction without a bill.

How do I select the appropriate size for myself?

While ordering your favorite product, you will find a button for the SIZE CHART on the product page. Click on that and you’ll get to know the perfect size for you. In case of any doubt you should go with the bust measurement, it is generally the best indicator of your size, but do not neglect waist and hips entirely.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS WHEN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

FOR HOW LONG CAN I HOLD THE PRODUCTS IN MY CART?

You can hold your choices in your cart for as long as you like! There is one applicable condition here; i.e. the products stay in your cart until you delete them from the cart or delete cookies from your browser. But products sell out like a wildfire and we would advise you to place the order ASAP.

WHY DO I SEE DIFFERENT PRICES FOR THE SAME PRODUCT?

Generally, plus size products are priced higher due to more material expenses. Also, in demand colors usually are a little costlier than others.

 

UNGOOR DESIGNER FAQ

  1. Do i need to be a Designer?

Absolutely not!

Ungoor is a platform for anybody who can put their aptitude for fashion in the form of a sketch or a sample ( a piece of garment). All you have to do is share the photographs for the same with us or send in a scanned copy of the design.

  1. What is the procedure for registering as a designer?

 

Registering as a designer is extremely easy

Step 1: click on join Ungoor on the homepage

Step 2 : Choose the one of the two option that suits you best

Step 3 : Upload your fashion illustrations/samples or look books as  the case may be

  1. What do you mean by Samples?

If you are someone who has a creative mind and you have got at least 5 garments stitched, using your own creativity, which you feel the consumers would love then that piece is your sample. Just click a picture and take your first step towards becoming a designer.

  1. What will i make on each sale?
  2. Our team will get in touch with you directly once you are selected as a designer or you set up your own store on our platform

 

  1. Does getting on board require any cost from the designer’s side?

There is absolutely no cost involved when it comes to registering on the platform. Once your sketch is selected and converted into a sample, you would need to bear the initial cost of the samples.

  1. What if i dont have a good brand name?

Fantastic! Sell your talent and your creations under your name and let the world know what you are capable of.

  1. What is the entire procedure for getting on board?

You can choose between submitting a design or registering as a designer on Ungoor. In the Former case, you need to submit a scanned copy or a photograph of your design or a virtual design file that you want to sell. This would then go through our Feasibility and Quality check and if accepted, would then be converted into a garment/accessory which would then be posted live on the platform for sale under your name. In the latter case, you need to register as a designer by clicking on the option, after which you will get access to your dashboard through which you would be able to add new designs, their relevant details and put them on sale right away.

All the registered designers would be applicable to get their exclusive movie shot which would throw light on them, in terms of their dreams, aspirations, inspirations and the reason for doing what they are doing.

For those who dont have professional High def Photographs for their products, you dont need to worry as we conduct the photo shoot for you as part of the on boarding process of Ungoor. And if you do, great, just send in those and we are ready to go.

  1. How would i be able to manage my sales and details on the platform?

Once you register on the platform as a vendor, you will be provided with your very own user friendly dashboard that will allow you to upload new designs and edit old ones, after due approval from us and also manage and check all your sales and the commissions percentage that you would be earning on the sales. You will also be able to manage and track the shipment of your orders and what the feedback of the consumers is.

  1. What is the Designer Rating System?

All the designers on the platform would be covered under an exciting designer rating system where they would be ranked on the basis of a score that would depend on their number of Sales, Customer Feedback and the consistency of uploading new designs. Your ratings on the platform would affect your commission percentage on regular basis.

  1. What type of garment can i design? Is it limited to prints on T shirts like other companies provide?

NO! There is absolutely no restriction on the type of garment that you can or may design. It can be a dress, a palazzo, a pair of shorts, shirt, top or anything else that comes in your wildest imaginations. Just sketch it out and we’ll make sure people wear it.

 

 

  1. What else do i get on becoming an Ungoor Member?

Once your designs are selected and are being prepared for upload on the platform, we would work on making a movie around you and your inspiration. We at Ungoor believe that consumers these days do not buy products, but stories instead and we are here to tell your story to the world in the form of an exciting and innovatively designed short film which will allow people to explore your life and your world in a better way.

  1. What else would Ungoor be taking care of when it comes to selling on the platform?

Ungoor handles any and everything involved in the selling process including the transactions, delivery, packaging, customer services, leaving the designer burden less and with a free mind so that their creative juices can flow and they are able to focus only on what they do best.
